I also would like to let you know some information about DJs. When I shopped this morning, the staff told me that they will have the new loyalty program for the next 2 weeks and they will send the $10 egift card to your email if you register your email on the website or you can do this in stores. If you not, you can do this now so you will not miss out the free $10 egift card…

I've confirmed with David Jones online chat the new loyalty program will launch on 15 July 2019. I also confirmed this in-store about 30 minutes ago when I visited to enquire and sign up.

I was advised that after you've signed up, you will get a $10 egift card sent to you when the loyalty program launches. The egift card will need to be used within 30 days of receipt. If you provide your date of birth when you sign up, you'll get a $10 egift card to use for your birthday each year.

I was further advised that each time you shop and show your membership, you'll go into a draw for a chance to win $5000 each month.

      That is so random. The account I opened yesterday has received nothing but the old account received the $10 a few days ago.

  • i contacted chat about my wife's welcome voucher and they referred it to the internal team. internal team came back to say she should have recieved the voucher and to check the junk inbox as the marketing email has been ticked in the profile. there's no voucher so there is something completely wrong with their system. they think it's being automated but it's not

    • Thanks for the suggestion. They re-sent (assuming it was sent in the first case) the welcome email including the $10 welcome reward.

    • Either he's lying about the expiry date on the cards, or they're not the welcome voucher as they expire in August

      spend lots of time looking what to buy for $10? all over price and could getsomewhere else cheaper.

      • Agree, not much to tempt the avid Ozbargainer, bought some Lego with mine.

        Can use up to 5 vouchers online, and if you click and collect no delivery charges.
