        Always wondered where the line on hotels is… the pen pad? The towels? The robes? Mattress? There was a pair of binoculars in the Four Seasons, was it fair game because it wasn't tied down like the bank pens?

          Ross and Chandler seemed to know the rules, though I reckon light bulbs and batteries cross the line… as do foyer decorations… <groan>

          I don't take the pad and pen, but I reckon I will from now on. It's advertising for them. hmm so would the towel be….

          I reckon it's a good idea for hotels to indicate prices if you want to take something. One actually stated "you don't have to take this used robe. We can provide a new one for you to take"

            Well the minibar all has prices right? I've seen the bottle of water labelled with a price too if it's going to cost money. So anything without a price is arguably take-able

      Happiness is having an excess of pens. A heap in the kitchen, a heap in the study. I'll be able to put some beside the bed, some beside the lounge.

      Now if only I could throw out the ones that don't work - the biggest frustration in life. Unfortunately I always feel they might come good, and can't toss them.

      You should be able to on into "Your Orders" in your account and cancel, if not just get on live chat and ask them to cancel :) Then re-order the 144 pack.
