  • so you don't need a voucher / print out of any sort either? Just walk up and ask for a sample?

    • You need to make an appointment as they have "specialists" in for this promo. They use some device, analyze your skin, and then set you up with the samples that are right for you.

No voucher/print out needed, though if you were interested you should call sooner than later, as availability would obviously be limited!

    • Be prepared for lots of upsell! You'd have to be strong and persistent to walk out without purchasing anything, unless of course you were planning to beforehand. My guess from experience is that they'll probably tell you your skins dry/oily/unhealthy, so you'll need to buy this $100 cleanser…

      • Oh I am sure! Though go in without a wallet and that makes things easier :P

In all honesty though, if you are given a sample and you can see that it works for you, then budgent depending of couse, isn't it worth the money? Rather than the countless products that just sit on your bathroom shelf hardly used because they didn't perform as promised! And I've got plenty of those!!! We could start a thread called 'trading beauty products that don't work for me!'

        • Haha pretending not having a wallet sounds like a good idea, provided youre not carrying other shopping bags.

True, if the sample does work for me, I would buy it even its a wee bit over my budget. But what I hate about these is that its hard to tell if the products right for you in the 10 mins of consultation and from 1 sample. Most of the time, the sales lady would kinda make you buy them on the spot, before trying the sample at home to see if theres a difference over the next few days and whether its worth it. Also, I find them kinda biased =\

I find that the younger and I assume 'new' sales girls tend to be less pressurizing when it comes to getting free samples. Nice sample deal though, I just hate their sale techniques.
