    Why are people complaining it is a scam? We all know there are more than 100 Ozbargainers ready to snap this deal. We know they are only putting 100 items each hour and we also know people have claimed they were able to secure it. It's about promptness and luck. Keep on trying guys, don't get demotivated.

      the reason is cos the last big ebay plus 99c deal
      most people were able to buy something when the stock was like 100 to 300 items per product.

      this is 100 per hour, yet most are sold out within 6 seconds

      it feels like a scam for most of us

      If you read this thread..
      people who are watching it and know of this deal
      most have missed out except for a select few

      so it seems more like there is not actually 100 items, but maybe less than 5 each hour..
      it seems very suspicious..

    The seller name is odd.

    Was changed on Thursday from 'slimsgroup' to 'titan_gear', their logo is very similar to eBay Plus' and only 1 feedback in the past 12 months. No other items for sale…

    Thoughts this is actually an eBay account?

    I think the $10 shipping is a glitch. It now reverted to being an "eBay plus" item with free shipping. Best thing we could do (those of us that paid the extra $10) is send the seller messages about it. Hopefully, we'll get refunded the difference.

        Commented elsewhere but if you get to the payment page then even if the stock sells out you can stay on that page for the next hour with the code and address etc all pre-filled. All you need to do the next hour is hit pay, which takes less than 2 seconds.

        Hour 1: Sit on the product page (hopefully they don't change sellers) hitting refresh. When the page is available hit "Buy Now" (not add to cart which I think will be slower and add steps since it'll go to your cart next). Try and pay but chances are it's too late, but if you are on the buy page you're good to go. Add the code and make sure your address is ok

        Hour 2: Spam "buy" starting a min or two before the hour. If your internet connections ok then you should get through very quick

        Thats worked so far but the terms do allude to there being more than one seller so step 1 could come unstuck if they change which listing the promo is run from later in the day.

      Literally my second time using eBay the way to get them in time is very simple. If you can refresh in time to add them to your cart lets say during batch 4, chances are they will be sold out when ordering. However if you keep the item in your cart and stay on the checkout page and enter your details, as it approaches 2pm etc just spam click purchase.

          Try spamming refresh. See if you can at least get to the checkout page and if they run out of stock (it will say something like "seller doesn't have many left") stay on the check out page, enter your details and try the next wave.

          I went on the site time.is and when it hit 59 minutes I started to spam click.

        You now have to wait until the next hour's lot, so keep that page up and at 1:59pm just start spamming the confrim and pay button. That is what i did.
