[NSW] Gorilla Utility Cart $60 (Was $120) @ Bunnings (Seven Hills & Northmead)

100

Seven Hills Bunnings (NSW) is clearing out the Gorilla branded Utility Cart which is made of steel and can hold up to 360kgs. Seems decent. Down from $120 to $60. There was 12 left in stock at Seven Hills. Unsure if same item will be cleared elsewhere. Great for carting around your gardening, or heavy bricks etc. Also good for carting around the wife or kids or whatever tickles your fancy. They still have the plastic bucket version for $109 on shelves.

    can hold up to 360kgs

Perfect for the lazy OzBargainer with some spare room for their Eneloops (or is it Xiaomi power banks now?).

    • Wow, OzBargainers can't take jokes.

      • Too many sooks. Or uni students that misinterpret everything. You can have my upvote to compensate.

      • Never undermine the official currency.

        • What's the exchange rate these days for Xiaomi power banks to Eneloops?

  • These and many other brands seem to be made in the same factory to the same specifications. I have a few from different brands. The very in colour but everything else is identical.

The sides will eventually not stay up, use cable ties.

  • Does the metal fatigue in the corner locks causing it to buckle? Seems sturdy however wouldn't take heaps of weight on the side trays. Put mine together and it's well worth $60.

    • It may buckle but it's more to do with the latch not being secured. I'd used a Velcro strap but I didn't take it off much so I replaced it with a more permanent solution - cable ties.

  • What is the max speed please?

Bunnings eastgarden has better for $100 clearance like the one amazon link

    https://www.amazon.com.au/Gorilla-Carts-GOR200B-Garden-Steel…
Brought one it has load rating 544kg maybe Chinese kg……

    • Thanks for your post!

The link you provided was for a 600lbs (272kg) model. If the cart you got has a black tub, and has a 1200lbs (544kg) load rating, then it could be the GOR6PS model.

      https://gorillacarts.com/product/gor6ps-gor6ps-c/

To be a PITA (sorry, but not sorry), is there any chance you could upload the product/price portion of your receipt?

  • https://www.bunnings.com.au/gorilla-carts-garden-cart_p33609… . Bunnings website only shows the green tray gorilla cart for $109.

On a seperate note, northmead bunnings has at least 5 gorilla utility carts for same $60 clearance price. So check your local for stock.

  • Might be doing it in response to the Mitre 10 offer
