  Let us expand and analyse this sentence.

  Molped Pure & Soft is the first of its kind to contain:

  - 0% dye, and
  - paraben, and
  - chlorine, and
  - nylon.

  Contain 0% dye: In other words, the pads are naturally coloured. I guess that is good.

  Contain paraben: There's a chance that they're harmful. "Studies have shown that some parabens can mimic the activity of the hormone estrogen in the body's cells, and while estrogenic activity is associated with certain forms of breast cancer, parabens have been found present in breast tumors." I guess that is not so good but maybe Molped used the non-harmful kind of paraben?

  Contain chlorine: I guess chlorine in the form of very diluted bleach is useful as a disinfectant, but prolonged contact with skin is not advised. Is it necessary to add chlorine to sanitary pads?

  Contain nylon: Well, if it is made of nylon, then it is made of nylon. You are free to choose another product that is made of another material.

  Does OP want to say instead: Molped Pure & Soft is the first of its kind to contain no dye, no paraben, no chlorine and no nylon, or Molped Pure & Soft is the first of its kind to not contain dye, paraben, chlorine and nylon?
