Free Bounty Bag (Baby Products and Samples) @ Hospitals & Pharmacies

230

Free bag of baby goodies

They are either given out at hospitals or can be collected from participating pharmacies around Australia:

There are 2 types of bag; 'Mum to be' and 'New mum'. When they ask which one you would like, ask if you can get both (so far they have given me both each time).

Products may vary, but I've taken a photo of the new bags (arrived last week in some pharmacies that have been out of stock for a while), and old bags and listed what was included in mine (collected from WA so may be different in other states)?

You just have to ask and you will receive, or pregnancy or new born required?

    • Just ask. :)

  • You can often pick these up at baby markets or expos too. The sample sudocreams are awesome for popping in a nappy bag.

  • How do you collect one at the chemist? What proof?

    • A female with bump in front required to get these freebies..no questions asked..

Step 1. Use Hungry Jacks vouchers from Ozbargain
Step 2. Get new mother showbags
        Step 3. ???
        Step 4. Profit

    • Absolutely none. I got when pregnant but not showing. I'm sure even a guy could get and just say for their partner…

  • The sudocream is useful but more so because the container is so portable as there are plenty of equivalents that work as well.
The eye wipes are great should you have to deal with conjunctivitis but you'll need to buy a whole box of them anyway because the need to wipe is constant.
The rest, frankly, you don't need or the sample size is quite pointless.

  • Thanks Op, will give it a try

  • I'm genuinely pregnant. I got the mother to be from the obstetrician at 13 weeks (looks like the older version). Is there anything to stop me asking at the pharmacy for another? i.e. do people get multiples?

      Yes you can.
No checks if you are pregnant or have a baby to get the bags.

      • Thanks - I'll see if I can find a pharmacy that has them in stock. Tried one today that was on the list and they didn't have them.
