        I own the m20pro I wouldn't call it meh but I do agree some photos are way overexposed..

    Its crazy when they dont put a discount on the whole range. The Mate 20 stays at $899 but the Mate 20 Pro is cheaper at $799.

        I noticed that but the wife decided she wanted a new phone after that one. $899 is out of her price range but might be able to spring for the Mate 20 if it was on sale as well. But nope, costs more then the Mate 20 Pro lol

    Had mine since this deal in February https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/439281.

    Love it so far, lightning fast, amazing camera, has had two or three updates already, battery last ages has a nuts supercharger and is a Li-Polymer which i don't see mentioned much (It doesn't become worse over time and is more expensive to produce)

    The only downside is no screen protector but I've dropped mine probably 30 times and no scratches yet, it comes with a case but I grabbed a cheap SPIGEN Rugged Armor for it.

    Long time Apple sheep, converted to Android with this phone and haven't looked back.

    Make sure you update to EMUI 9.1, it fixed a lot of slowdown and hanging issues for me.

    This is a great phone, I sold mine to get the P30 Pro however I prefer this in every aspect apart from the camera on the P30 Pro.

          P30 is 1 level higher as its basically the latest flagship from Huawei. p30 flagship little brother vs mate 20 pro last generation flagship, i'd say that's fair

      Huawei is 10x better than LG and Samsung.

      I've used all 3, I'll never switch from Huawei. Problem with Samsung is it's old technology with about a $400 price tag increase because most Australians only know of the Samsung vs Apple debate.

      So they only pick out of those two companies. This lets them charge extra $$$ for obsolete technology.
