The 'cahsback' tracking seems to be getting worse and worse with Shopback and CR.. have had 5/5 orders not tracked in the last month! Including the increased 7.5% cashback with Woolworths order I placed on Tuesday (or maybe it was Wednesday).. The endless amount of emailing to get $1 back is not worth it imo.. But hey - hit and miss for something that you weren't going to get anyway, can't really complain.
Is this through browser or app?
I've been using the ShopBack app and have had 100% success rate so far (over 20 transactions) - might be something to look into until they fix the issues
Through the app for 4 of the transactions. The woolworths order though was through their website.
Well this is amusing.
I saw it was 5% off on Thursday. Placed an order at 12:01pm.
Got Shopback email around 11pm acknowledging transaction, and here's your cashback of… 1%.
Went to Shopback site and lo and behold the cashback for Chemist Warehouse is 1%.
Next day (Friday) it's back to 5%.
Wtf Shopback.
I've opened a support ticket.
It's back to 1% even though it's supposed end tonight. Shopback's been a bit unreliable lately with their special offers. My Woolworths purchase during the 7.5% promotion is pending but still calculating after a week already.
Typical, placed an order last night after waiting and waiting for an increase :(
