These Tool Cabinets are available in three widths, 28 inch wide, 36 inch and the larger 51 inch to suit whatever space you have available.   And the reason they don't have draws longer than 36 inch imho is… They aren't trade quality.

  They are no comparison to the BAC tool drawers at work. But for the price, they are great for the home garage. Only gripe is that if you very slowly close the drawers, it sometimes catches and jams at the drawer detent. Otherwise, I have no complaints. I have the 36" width 5 drawer trolley, with the matching 36" chest.
