  I'll risk buying laptops or small items from Grays (easy to exchange/return - have had 2 out of 5 laptops purchased faulty in some way (screen issue, trackpad) faulty) but a TV sounds risky and a PITA to me.

  honestly just get a kogan tv, a bit more, still cheap and much better overall. on the hd channels that 7 and 9 have for example, picture looks incredible. sound is ok, soundbar definitely helps even the kogan soundbar.
