Those are the old version (Sony WF-1000X). These are the new version (Sony WF-1000XM3). Slight difference in the name but they look completely different and the newer model is much better than the older model.

@JaeTee: If you were signed in during payment, you will not get your Amex confirmation due to not spending over the $500 as required. Being signed in made shipping free and therefore, $499.90.
@Captain Stooge: Add the cheapest item which is a few dollars more but took the chance that members might get priority due to loyalty
@JaeTee: Nah I have an account with Sony but I logged out and just checked out as guest, just for the $6 delivery fee making it over $500.

Anybody worked out a way to get previous promo emails sent after turning emails back on? Mine was switched off and hence no offer. But trying to figure out if there is someway to go back in time. ;)
I've always had promo emails switched on and never received one promotional email, seems like a few people have the same experience

As for the email, they replied saying they can't help with obtaining such a code, so probably need to talk to the marketing department or so..
I sent and email and spoke to their customer service. They unfortunately can't resend the promo email retrospectively. Have to hope they send a new promo email

Gee, that's a long time for Sony between receiving and "accepting" the order. I guess they're doing their due 'diligence' and checking orders before they officially "accept" them.

Hey just a question, I know 2 people with amex cards and they're both different card numbers but their relationship is husband and wife. I was wondering if the amex offer will be available on both cards or just one of them.
if it's 2 separate individual cards (i.e. not 1 card as the primary card holder and 1 secondary cardholder) then you can register both cards separately for the Amex deal

Hmmm, i've got a nuraloops on pre-order and can't cancel but can return once delivered. The two pairs for $350 is attractive.
Placed order 3PM, got one email straight away to wait for order confirmation, still nothing.
If you ordered today, there's a sign stating its on backorder until mid to late September.
If you ordered last night, it was lucky dip on who's got sent out today, due for tomorrow delivery.
Some ordered at 7-8pm and still didn't get shipping info. I ordered at 10pm and it's due for delivery tomorrow.
Made the dumbest mistake ever. Purchased two of these on my AMEX and in my mad rush to complete the order I didnt notice that I was short of 10 cents to qualify for the AMEX discount!
You can still buy somthing to top up, according to amex offer need to sopend 500 or more in one or more transaction

@easternculture: Yeah, no explanation was given what went wrong. Old order will be refunded in 3-10 working days.
@easternculture: Two, but used friends Amex card, probably name on card and billing info didn't match etc. Never had this issue with other credit cards, so not sure what went wrong. Finger crossed second time is OK.
What is annoying, that in their email they've said nothing about order being cancelled, refund etc, just that they had an issue processing it.
Those who paid with Amex, did you get charged straight away or was it on 'Pending', if so, for how long?
I'm sure it will. I know they are generally are instant, but occassionaly it does take longer. On one accassion it took 10 days before I recieved the email. (Deliveroo)
