Other ramblings:
  • If you're a lazy cook (like me), these Panic Pancakes go really well as muffins. Place the powder in a mug, stir in some water and heat for about a minute in the microwave. ~200 calorie muffin (20g protein and 20g carb) - oh I've also been adding some natural sweetener.

You never mentioned this in the Panic Pancake deal. I feel completely betrayed, but also at the same time, happy that I now can try making muffins.

    So… thanks?

Hah! I only discovered this the other day actually. I initially got laughed at in the warehouse when I proposed the idea, but then I tried it and now I'm not the only one :)

  • When will you stop using Fastway? its way too slow to Perth, and their service isnt good.

    • +2

We have no plans to stop using Fastway since they allow us to keep our prices highly competitive. However if you prefer Australia Post, just contact our CS team and we can make an adjustment to your account in our backend so we can send via Australia Post instead for you. Alternatively PM me your email and I'll onforward to the team.

  • How does this compare to pure product WPI on Amazon? That's about $27 / kg and is 90 percent protein compared with this protein which is about 73 percent.

  • Hi Jay, how much soy protein in the pancakes?

    • +1

      Hi cristobalijames

There's none in the pancakes. I actually don't see soy listed anywhere in the ingredients either (they use sunflower lecithin).

      Here's the list for reference:

Whole Grain Oat Flour, Buttermilk Powder, Instantised Whey Protein Isolate, Medium Chain Triglyceride Powder [Medium Chain Triglycerides (from Palm Kernel and Coconut Oils), Sodium Caseinate (A Milk Derivative), Contains 2% or Less of Each of the Following: Silicon Dioxide, Sunflower Lecithin], Alkalised Cocoa Powder, Organic Agave Inulin, Natural and Artificial Flavour, Double Acting Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Chloride, Gum Blend (Cellulose Gum, Xanthan Gum, Carrageenan), Sunflower Lecithin, Monk Fruit Extract.
