  As cool as these are I don't feel like running a 5M extension lead into the crapper. It would definitely raise questions among guests and others.

        The Smartmi comes with an RCD equipped plug. There is a reason it's an Ozbargain favourite, it's well built.

  I bought one from eBay last month ($220 delivered). It is good - for this price. It offers functions that are used most but doesn't include heated air drying and odour filter.
  Installation is straight forward. Fitting parts are included all you need is a spanner - if power point and water inlet are ready and in right position. Viewing from front - the water inlet is to the left and power point is to the right side. Took me about 10 mins to fit it in (half day to relocate water inlet).
  Material is plastic but well built. Good choice when you are not sure if like this kind of toilet seats. I found it quite comfortable and works better than paper.
