We've been working closely with our friends at AliExpress and wanted to give you this Friday treat with triple cashback of 15% for AliExpress orders.

To ensure that cashback successfully tracks, only save coupons and add items to your cart after clicking through ShopBack. Cashback is not applicable to GST, postage and other fees, so perhaps filter searches to items with free shipping. Capped at $50 cashback per transaction.

Pro-tip: AliExpress items are slightly cheaper on their app. Click through to the AliExpress app through the ShopBack app to get this perk.

      Thanks for flagging this - there seems to be a new order ID format so we've reconfigured the form to accept the new format. Let us know if you're still having issues submitting the form.

      For anyone else that didn't get any confirmation email from AliExpress - you can access your order history to obtain your invoice plus order ID(s).

        • Check there isn't a space in front of it. When I copy + paste it kept ending up with the leading space which the form rejects.

  • None of my 8 orders have tracked..

  • How long does it usually take when they are investigate a missing Cashback?

    • I'd like to know the same. Why is it that every single cashback is immediately tracked when I use shopback normally, but everytime there are 15% cashback days, they never track?

    • One of my orders has moved from 'Investigating' to 'Pending' and now has an amount showing.

      Remaining two haven't changed yet. But maybe soon.

      • Mine has moved to Pending too.

      • I had two change to pending yesterday and today the remaining two changed to pending too. The 15% cashback has been applied correctly.

        • Two of mine the 15% cash back appears wrong. More like 11%. Strange. Need to query.

          One other is correct though.
