    We get stock lots of ex demo, open box etc items. Not sure why the box was opened. You get 12 months Samsung wty and all accessories with it

  Hi REP, interested in the Note 8, couple of questions. Is a particular colour in better state than the other, I don't have a colour preference i rather have the one in the best condition. When I click on the link it says 6 months warranty only (unless I read incorrectly), and is there a link to the case it comes with?

  Bought Note 8 from this deal. Fast shipping. Bluetooth module on phone appears to be dead. Sent support request yesterday and awaiting a response. Lets hope they respond in a timely fashion with a positive outcome.

    Really sorry to hear that. is the BT indicator blacked out or not connecting with a particular device. kindly send the phone back to us for a replacement or refund, or you can also take it to Samsung for a replacement if its convenient (just an idea) as theyre still under samsung warranty

      Bluetooth module thinks about turning on and then just goes back to the 'off' position. Soft/Hard reset performed and no change.
      Looks like i'll be taking it to samsung as you want me to pay for return shipping….
