Usual price is ~$449. Currently next cheapest price is Myer eBay for ~$350 after 20% off eBay coupon.

For those looking slightly longer term with Nespresso capsules and also to froth their own milk.

Nespresso currently have a Father's Day promo1 of 100 free capsules (until 30/9).

JB Hi-Fi are doing this for $299 plus a bonus $50 gift card.2 When I bought mine there was some resistance from sales staff as the machine is already so cheap. Website states it comes with one so I got it, but they might change it soon so YMMV.

    Just got the Breville Bambino Plus for $290 from Amazon. I blows all nespresso machines clean out of the water. Coupled with my new half price Pablo and Rusty coffee subscription and I'm getting better coffee than most coffee shops now. I know there is a 0% chance of a nespresso ever getting close. And it's cheaper to make each coffee!

    Once my Breville Smart Pro grinder arrives I'll be on fire.

        Search for Pablo and Rusty in the search bar and you'll see that they do half price codes once per month. I've only just started mine and the first single origin batch is amazing.

      Or you can get this for $1 from nespresso but comes with 12m subscription at $75pm, which can roll over to next month if unused for max 2yrs period. My wife and I spend about $50pm on pods so this is a good deal.

    Got this earlier this year. Upgraded after having a Pixie for many years. The steam wand froths milk much better than the aeroccino.
    You might need to consider if you should get an actual espresso machine at around this price but I think it’s great if you love the convenience.

    I have this, definitely recommend it for capsule flat whites / latte.

    I prefer it to the more expensive creatista LCD model.

    Might be a silly question, but can you froth the milk in the same mug that you then use to dispense the coffee into?

    Just not keen on having to clean an extra milk jug…

      Yes you can but the cup need to be metal, as it has a temp sensor where the stainless steel jug sit on. Love this machine for only $1, which replacing my old lattissima.

    Just got one (so did the security guard when he found out about the deal) but had to ask for the gift card at the counter. First impressions are pretty good. Froths aldi soy milk well on the 2nd heat and 2nd froth setting.

      Hey mate do you make flat whites or latte with this?

      I’m struggling to get a decent coffee. Seems watered down.

      The old delonghi we had just had a start/stop button (no sizes) but the coffee didn’t seem watered down

    Try less froth and lower temps? I'm assuming both those settings will introduce more water
