    thanks for spotting the typo, it is now fixed. Ozbargain limit the amount of posts/replies per day as far as i am aware for store representatives. They did a few months back anyway so i assume it is still the same.

    I don't know much about the real estate industry (so I don't know whether this is really a bargain), but I do know I receive mail box drops for "Free Property Valuations" all the time, so I must admit I am suspect of the bargain status of this.

          it is not compulsory, just means you will be updated when the special is run again.

    Can the rep provide more ingormation about basis of this report. Is it same as RP Data Report?
    Also it would be nice to see a page that information has been submitted successfully.

    I've got a report back. I guess that it's better than nothing but don't expect the latest sales to be included. The relevance of the data is questionable. There is too much reliance on averages for the general area and not much local street/area type analysis.
