just make sure your phone model number is SM-G973FZWEOPS for S10 512GB White. and if you sign in-store at Harvey Norman, make sure you check that info outside of the box :)
I am not sure the invoice will show Harvey Norman or Optus. This deal is applicable for Optus so if the invoice from Harvey Norman, then it might be not eligible. Wait for your update
Just rang both my local Harvey Norman and Samsung customer care and they both said no. Samsung said optus stores only.
That being said, if I get the Harvey Norman one I'll still put through a claim.

Hey guys, I got the S10 from Harvey Norman(Optus promotion) and put it through Samsung redemption for the watch and guess what? My claim has been validated and approved as of September 4, 2019 and is currently being processed. Will keep you posted once I get the watch. Might take up to 30 business days is what was mentioned in the email.

Yesterday evening T's and c's were revised to include sign ups done at a HN store. Confirmed by a HN manager.
Any idea if you can claim the free watch if buying an outright s10e from optus online (rather than a physical store) it's got a web only price of $849 which makes this a pretty good deal if so
Just did that myself! Plus if you have a credit card card with price protection, locks it in when the price comes down.
