    The boards carry a standard 3-year warranty specified by ASUS, refer to https://www.asus.com/au/Motherboards/ROG-ZENITH-EXTREME/Help…

    All boards are checked before dispatch.

      asus warranty's ain't worth the paper their printed on -so do you handle them and send em on?

        Hi Petry,
        That is correct, we handle the return and then send them onto their respective place or organise the requirements for the board to be sent to ASUS for a replacement or refund on our side (we'll still supply you with a refund but softens the profit loss)

        You're also covered by our policies which you can see at Policies which will allow you to return the product if it's deemed faulty on arrival.

        As mentioned before all boards are checked before dispatch as they're ex demo.

          @CGB Solutions: Are warranties valid from the date of purchase or your date of start of use as demo? Wouldn't this invalid the warranty? When were the demo models first displayed as ASUS would probably view ex-demo models warranties from build date. I've had this problem with ASUS warranty department before with a router.

          Edit: You also state that your policies cover "return(s) … if it's deemed faulty on arrival.", what happens down the track? I'm sorry but I wouldn't trust that warranty process unless your company FULLY backs it in its entirety for the complete term of the warranty.

            I understand how you're warry of the return policy,

            Our company fully backs the return period as the boards are no older than 3 months.

            Our supplier offers and extra 3 months on top of the 2.9 month warranty making it the full 3-year term,

            As long as you go through us for warranty we're able to sought it out,

            On arrival of the order,

            If you don't alert us of an issue that affects the board we assume the order you've received is fully working.

            Of course, if the product received is a major failure under the ACCC guidelines we will start the process with ASUS and our supplier to either get you a replacement or a refund as deemed acceptable by the ACCC,
