80

Seen at Toowoomba North, several on the shelf still. Can’t find it on the web site so not sure if it’s national.

Edit: changed title to reflect it’s 36v as it use both batteries to drive it.

This is their version of the 36 volt.
I bought one havent used it yet, mainly for camping, well thats what I think I will use it.

Plus it uses 18 volt batteries which can be used in their other tools unlike the 36-volt ryobi.

Have the non brushless version, and it's a little cracker. With the rather substantial warranty and this price, I'd take the punt. It will chew those 3A batteries though…

    Skin only for $199

So, $80 for the batteries and charger. There’s a small saving there I guess.

      Not such a great saving.

The skin only version is $199 & up until now they had 2 x 3.0Ah batteries & charger for $69.

This is what I bought & I'm sure they will have this deal back again in the future.

      • This kit does come with the dual charger though, so may be worth $20 more.

This kit usually sells for $299 as seen here… kit on the left for $299 and 'skin-only' on the right for $199. So $20 off isn't what I consider a bargain HOWEVER I've got to say, these Brushless Chainsaws are mindblowlingly good so it's a good deal if you're actually in the market for such a kit. The standard non-brushless Ozito PXC Chainsaw is really just a toy though… I own one, have used it and it does the job but since getting the Brushless model I haven't touched it nor my $2000 beastly Husqvarna as this Ozito is just so nice to use. Managed to do all this (plus there's a few other 14" logs just out of view at the other end of the pile) on a single charge of 2x 4Ah batteries within about 45-50mins. Just flew through it with ease and unlike using the big Husqvarna I felt fine throughout and afterwards as it's so much lighter and easier to maneuver. The Husky will still be needed for those BIG jobs though… the rare time I need to lop or cut up a large fallen tree across a driveway or whatever but this Ozito will do everything else from now on. My 2c :)

  • May be the title should be changed to say 36V. As I looked at and thought 18V chainsaw isn't going to cut it!

      Thanks for the tip. Done.

I have this as a bare brushless 36v chainsaw and it is great, cut down some trees up to 12".
I had 4ah batteries from the six piece deal, will be getting this $149 blower kit to get a dual charger and more 3ah batteries

  • Those bratty kids will finally get what they deserve!

  • i wonder if you can mix 4ah and 3ah batteries on this chainsaw

    • Pretty sure you can… it'll just cut-out the way it would if you used 2x 3Ah. It just needs to double the voltage so yes it should work fine but I'd recommend you use two of the same size battery.
