      The reviews I have read and seen online have all stated that these are really bass heavy compared to the XM3's.

      I have the XM3's and I love them. I hate the cheap build quality on these.

    i reckon if you want a XM3 and can't afford it, buy a XM2. I have both, and i can't tell the difference in terms of sound production.
