For those unfamiliar with sims or feeling that it looks a bit daunting (because the level of detail in this game can get phenomenal - especially with mods!) there are some GREAT tutorials on Youtube from the basics of city planning all the way through to "fix my traffic nightmare".

I like this city planning one as a great starting point.

Good price it is with a few dollars of the historical low for this package deal.

I am waiting for a full collection deal as I wanna get as much as possible in one go then collect the left overs in their own time.

But great price if you want to dip your toes into it.
