Just received this offer in my mailbox for a eBay UK account that I created last week. It is targeted, probably you can also find it in your inbox or junk mailbox.

I purchased a $10 eBay AU GC using it, only 0.91AUD after discount.

  Got it but unable to purchase the gift card using Paypal.

  Called Paypal and was advised it was not them and asked me to contact the seller directly and arrange transaction outside of EBAY??

  EDIT: Seems to only block the gift cards for me, I purchased these to listen to podcasts and such at work without any issues.
