Thanks, got the Shopback Home Swap (To Amazon) for 2.25% cashback + 1% Westpac bonus.
When swapping I found that there wasn't an option to swap to Amazon $40, but it could do Amazon $30 + Amazon $10.
I did 2x20.

Standard 2.25% cashback for the $40 Shopback Home Swap gift card tracked in 2 minutes. The Westpac 1% bonus cashback and the $5 bonus have not yet tracked for me. In the recent similar offer it took around 3 hours for these to track for me.
My Westpac 1% bonus cashback and $5 bonus cashback finally tracked after 7 hours.

Yes same the $5 bonus still hasn't tracked on mine too, when pressing 'Your order details' on the challenge page itself it still hasn't reflect my TCN Active $50 gift card purchase.
The last cashback offer for a gift card purchase for me took 6 hours for bonus to show after the transaction associated to bonus became confirmed. Check back later.

I ended up lodging a query yesterday since I have no faith in it automatically processing.
Thus far they've twice asked me to provide all of the purchase details - which of course had been made in THEIR system.
yes it's like Their ai bot is trained on their previously frustrating & incompetent helpdesk staff.

Yes, instead of granting you the bonus which clearly is their system’s failure, they will now put it through to “other department” to investigate who knows how long it would take or it would actually amend it.
I know this one’s been a pain and I’m really sorry for the frustration it’s caused 😞 We’ve already flagged the bank bonus issue with the backend team and they’re digging into it so we can get this sorted properly ✅

Just wondering the 7 Eleven, Shell and most prepaid fuel gift card on Shopback are run by the same company?
From what l can see the above fuel cards are just prepaid visa card restricted to a brand or visa/mastercard codes. Merchant can still surcharge for these cards. For example Shell Nightowl Maddington WA.
Its only BP and Ampol who use their own prepaid system.

Yep, transactions through the BWS app are eligible for Cashback. There’s nothing in the exclusions that says otherwise ✅ Just make sure to click through from ShopBack before purchasing, since extension tracking doesn’t work for BWS 👍

Chemist warehouse is not working. The site comes up with Cookies notice, when I tap close button and tap on search, CW automatically closrs and returns to Shopback. Tried multiple times, tried uninstalling and reintalling Shopback with no success. Though it's a good deal, when not working it's disappointing.
Try on your computer instead of phone or better yet but a Chemist Warehouse gift card on the app.
