    i think in sydney only the vic butcher at the fish market sometimes has the 9+ wagyu steak but i'm not sure if they are the import version or aussie wagyu.

      Aussie wagyu even 9+ is nothing compared to Japanese import sorry… which is normally reflected from the price (in brisbane you can get some decent 9+ aussie wagyu for $70 a kg).

    • Check out UMAI bags on the internet, apologies as I can't provide a link rn because I'm on my commute to uni but google UMAI bags and find a place to buy them

      Check out sous vide everything on how to use them

      Otherwise butter dry ageing is fantastic as well

  • Good steaks but last i bought it was sliced unevenly from 1 inch from one end to 2 inch from other. Unacceptable for high priced steaks but other then that very tasty and good delivery.
