  • Looks like a great deal!

  • Title implies "after shipping" (which is an extra ~$8+).

    • Not to me it doesn't. Unclear but no ambiguous.

      • Does to me as well.
        "After coupon + shipping"

      • And shipping really kills this 'deal'.

    • They usually have high shipping, wouldn't be suprised if it was $15.

  • +3

Great deal, but not a fan of sites I have to sign up to just to calculate shipping

  • shipping to adelaide $18… no thanks

    • Ours shipping system is calculate by unit size, so for example 4 of this to Adelaide is also $18.

  • why do u say +shipping when it not included in price ???

OW sell these you might get them to beat it.

  • Wondering how the coupon works? Can I pick up in store, say Nunawarding?

    • Coupon can apply after you add to the shopping cart.
Pick up will also available all store Friday. Thanks.

  • Edit: Found it.

  • It's $49+Shipping

Pretty straight forward to read if you can process logical thinking…

    • I'm fairly logical, but it would seem my brain added brackets in the wrong place.

      @ $49 After ( Coupon + Shipping)

      :(

whereas I guess it's meant to be:

      @ ($49 After Coupon) + Shipping

  • Shipping still too expensive for NSW $18.

    Bargain for Vic though

  • +2

No thank you!!! $49 is cheap but either tell shipping in the title. This is stupid and meaningless to charge around $18.. I think you are trying to make money thru shipping…not for me

    • +1

yeh lol, with these dirty tactics they would make a terrific ebay seller and can charge exorbitant p&h fees.

  • If it was 2.5" I would buy it now :)

    • lol if it was 2.5" it would be insta sold out!

give it about a year before 2.5" harddrives are at this gig/dollar value

  • boooo!! Outrageous Shipping!

  • lolcentrecom…

  • Can we price match deal from online retailer in Officeworks? Just for my curiosity.

    • hopefully they don't pricematch the shipping ;)

      • Yes they do price match the shipping.

        You can pick up WD@1TB - $64 and Seagate@1TB - $68 from OW

  • Does anyone know how much is the shipping for VIC? I dont want to sign up just to know the shipping ;p

    • -1

      8.95 shipped in vic

  • Around 15 or 16. Better to buy it in OW.

    http://www.officeworks.com.au/retail/products/technology/dat….

Assuming there is one in ur area.

  • Not a bad deal. Waiting for a good 2tb usb3.0 deal though.

  • lmao..

  • +1

Buy a USB 3.0 Hub allows you to have full speed of USB 3.0 devices :D As i've heard? But the Hubs are $60+ At the moment! Wait until everything goes USB 3.0 then your laughing..

  • So would it be possible to purchase this online and then pick it up instore?

    • +1

I tried ringing the store and they said they won't except the coupon so have to pay full price.

      • Too bad then :( thanks for clearing that up for me.

  • Overpriced shipping kills it for me too.

  • after calculation, total price is only average.
    not a bargain.

the shipping does indeed killed this deal.
it also doesn't help that the OP was trying too hard to impress.

  • "Automatically recognized by Windows" wow thts a feature i wasnt aware about
