  I think it may be just little bit borderline for most cabin size restrictions, might be pushing it if you pack it to the max assuming your measurements are correct.

  For example, Qantas restrictions are 115cm for total dimensions. I think this is increased slightly from the previous 105.

  I'm a bit confused there seems to be two different links. The high sierra although pricey is still a very convenient product that meets the cabin restrictions if you don't mind the weight at 2.5kg (still fairly lightweight/standard) for a wheel on cabin bag. That one is coming up $95 compared to the link you put up at $70.
