    You'll need to reset it by pressing and holding it for 25 seconds. Everything will be reset to factory default and all you need to do it put it back into the case. Take the right one out and connect it to your phone. Once connected take the left one out and it should automatically connect both left and right together. BTW it's great for $30. I paid $32 for it and very happy with it.

      Yep i had to do this out of the box too. Otherwise can't fault them at all. Great all round.

  I found them to be too big, both the charging box and the buds themselves compared to the Dudios ones
