    • +2

      Yes

  • very good product

  • +1

    thanks op, finally got one.

  • If you don't have eBay Plus it's more than the Amazon deal below right?

    • +1

Yep. This is out of stock too now.

  • Why's the standard delivery fee so high?

  • mother trucker!! i thought i would do this job last and it was just sold out :(

  • How is the call/microphone quality with this? Anyone tried these before?

    • +2

Apparently not very good. More discussions on that thread and here.

      • +2

Thanks. I really consider poor microphone quality during calls to be a dealbreaker with these wireless buds.

Kmart sells a halo type that works perfectly, $19 dollars. You'll look like a dork but they work very well for the money.

        • +1

          These ones?

          Here's the others they sell.

        • Then you kinda need to cough up more $$$.

          • @onlinepred: It's not space age technology, they should have figured out how to make wireless earbuds for phones more than acceptable enough to use for calls. If Kmart can do it for 19-35 dollars, then these other companies should be able to pull their fingers out too.

            • @Oofy Doofy: They can only do it because the mic is on the band closer to your mouth…..

By design TWS will always have a hard time picking up voice. The Kmart ones aren't even TWS.

I mean Airpods are fantastic with Calls, one of the best, and they have been out for many years….

It looks like Anko are just reselling Chinese cheapo sets though right - they literally just a reseller? https://www.anko.com/

              • @onlinepred: TheGhostWhoWalks linked the neckband one, it works excellent for calls… the microphone for that is arguably further away than with these wireless buds.

                • @Oofy Doofy: But it's directed at your mouth rather than away from your head.

                  • @onlinepred: The microphone is further away from your mouth though?

                    • @Oofy Doofy: As you have learnt, if it is facing the direction the sound is coming, then it will pick up sound better than if it was pointed away from where the sound was coming.

Lucky for you, if you are after call quality, then make sure you pick up a set that have the mic on the cable or on a neckband.

                      • +1

@onlinepred: I don't care whether the mic is coming right at me, running away from me, or wedged in Santa's butt crack. What i do care about is if it works and costs 10% of some Apple crap.

Anyway, eventually fashion comes full circle and we'll abandon these TWS earphones for something like this. You'll see.

Thanks @Bamboozle i'll check it out.

                        • @[Deactivated]: Rawr! It sure does cost far less than Apple crap, although it's about 10% as good as the apple crap too. It's probably why it costs 10% of the Apple crap.

                          • +2

@onlinepred: Well, there's not much chance of losing them … and no one rational is going to mug me for them. Bonus.

                            • @[Deactivated]: Where do you live that you get mugged for used earbuds? Brazil?

                              • +1

@onlinepred: I'm busy most days conducting muggings within my own local community, so i know from personal experience that it does happen. Bonus.

                      • @onlinepred: The Kmart wireless neckband or sports band ones work well, I know for a fact. Their wireless earbuds I can't say for certain, as I haven't tried them.

            • +2

@Oofy Doofy: In all honesty, the Bose QCs and Sony XM3s cost around $300 and are still not where they need to be to make calls, so don't hate on these cheapies too much!

              • +1

@sAmiZZle: Yea if calls are a priority, just read reviews, plenty are out there that are far better. Also XM3 has the worst mic pickup on any headphone I have tried, but obviously you are getting them for the ANC, decent audio quality and flexibility, which they thrash these cheapo TWS.

              • @sAmiZZle: Noted. Interesting to hear that too.

  • how is the bass?

  • Delivery: Estimated by Thu 17 Oct.

    Screw that.

  • +1

I'm still waiting on delivery from shopping square from the last time this was posted

my experience.. this isn't so great. feels very light and flimsy compared to other TWS I've used. Bass isn't that great either but it's ok.

I've got these. well, the wireless charging version (T2S)

    Pros
    - great sound quality. very clear and crisp and overall a very good sound profile. very surprising at this price
    - volume is good enough. I have it at about 70-100% most of the time, with no desire for louder
    - looks good
    - fits in your ear nicely (3 bud sizes provided). they will dislodge slightly during workout as you tend to clench your jaw, but that is probably the case for every single in ear headphone

    Cons
    - after ~3 weeks, the connection has started cutting out every so often. it only happens during workouts so i am guessing it has something to do with sweat. it apparently has an IPX4 rating, but i guess that's not enough?
    - the microphone is garbage so forget about phone calls
    - not the best case. the lid feels flimsy. there's very little space for your finger when putting the earbuds in or taking them out, so you can easily drop them if you're not careful

if you're looking to use them while working out, i'd give them a miss. otherwise, they are an excellent buy!

  • Anyone knows how these compare to the $40 Aldi ones?

  • Ordered. Amazon for ease of returns!

  • Got a set, thanks OP.

  • They keep updating stock.

The Phantom has decided not to go for it as pretty happy with his SoundPEATS TrueCapsule.

  • -1

Got these today and am disappointed with the bass. Clearly inferior to the soundpeats Q30 Plus.

Wonder what SS are like with returns :/

    • Compare apples with apples.

      • They are both in the same price bracket - $30+

I've found using larger buds helps, but even then, the bass is still noticibly less hard hitting than the Q30 Plus.
