I have used them for multiple phones over last 8 years. They are trustworthy and reliable, used to dispatch same day but now may take up to 5 days.
Until the Global rom version with band 28 is released, and is available on the Xiaomi Australia Store, I wouldn't touch this.
No guarantee B28 will be released when Global is released.
I can understand local warranty but I have bought from Geekbuying for the last three years for global versions, and never skipped a beat
Xiaomi have already confirmed they are going to release a global frequency version of this phone.

iirc you can't unlock the bootloader in this since it's a helios chipset. A lot of people are shying away from this phone mostly because of that.
The Redmi Note 7 Pro and even the Mi 9T is a much better option at this pricepoint (around $400-500 for either phone, although the Redmi Note 7 Pro might have been heavily discounted so you can get it even cheaper than that) and heavily supported in XDA Forums even if Xiaomi doesn't update those devices (they will for a while but will eventually stop).
Its around 310 on AE for the 64gb alternative with global ROM I believe.
Global ROM isn't out yet.

For $50 extra just buy the Xiaomi Mi 9T
has B28 and HAS Global versionThere are features this phone and chipset has that the Mi 9T does not.
