Can get the red one on ebay for $15, however typical price is $25+.

Was looking for a cover to protect my new Spehro BOLT. I want the turbo clear, however I cannot find these anywhere. I came across the turbo carbon. Limited stock, however I checked around the country and you can still get at many stores.

    It's a cover for the sphero ball toys. It gives it more grip as normally it's just a smooth plastic surface. I've got one of these, yes it does add more grip but it also seems to add some initial resistance to movement.

  I googled to see what it is. So it's a remote controlled ball toy that rolls around.

  It’s a robotic ball. You can program it. It’s used in schools. Lately many people have purchased them cheaply via Australian geographic sales.

    Was that the liquid metal body? Far better for robots, but the TK-1000 seemsb better.

    It does if you remove the head. That what I have. Then it's just a regular sphero though :P

  Thanks op. Got myself a Bolt as part of that Australian Geographic deal and am finding it slower than the Sphero 2.0 (on which the battery now only lasts 5 mins). Hopefully this cover makes a difference. Picked a red cover up in Brisbane CBD.
