How to Claim:

      Depends,

      Chemically cetirizine is cetirizine, however i find the generic isn't as efficacious for me as zyertec. Vise versa, some people respond better to loratedine etc

      Anti-histamines is one of few drugs i would say there is likely a difference in brands

      *This is simply a personal anecdote

        I buy cetirizine the geenric brand for half the price of Zyrtec and i am fortunate enough that it works for me.

      It's sometimes a personal thing. I know with Salbutamol the original is Ventolin and the generic is Asmol. Alot are happy with the generic, but many with not touch Asmol, because they like the feeling of pressure more in the Ventolin, which better enforces to them, they have has the dose.

      Looks like they'll mail a cheque. Also need last 4 digits of box barcode.
      No where on the form to fill Bank details, whereas Telfast had.

        They mail an EFTPOS card. And yes you do, but you can just take a photo of it next time you're at the shops.
