    Hope Supercheap can supply parts should a socket go missing or damaged. I'm trying to replace a socket which I've lost from my Stanley Black Chrome edition kit which is only a couple years old. I'm happy to purchase a replacement socket, however, neither Supercheap or Stanley can even point me to the direction of finding me a replacement socket. It even more frustrating since Supercheap is still selling a similar socket set that contains the exact socket that I'm missing from my kit.

      Have you tried asking Stanley USA? I got my cough 10mm replaced from them. They will redirect you to the Australia one but let them know you've already spoke to the Australia branch.

      I had a socket break in a smaller kit a few months ago, took it in and they just swapped the set for me with one off the shelf.

      I was able to replace a 5+ years old Stanley 3/8 Ratchet last month after it just suddenly broke apart with pretty infrequent use for servicing cars. I just called up Stanley Australia and they told me to send it to them and they sent me another one even without the receipt when I brought it from bunnings that long ago. Try calling this number 1800 338 002

    Great piece of kit for anyone looking for a starters set. Picked myself up one today. Was tossing up between the ToolPro set or the Stanley set after reading some reviews of Stanley's quality decline in recent years. However, both boast an impressive amount of tools for your $.
