      Yeah, very sneaky. The only place you can see it as a "non-brand" set is when you pick the colour. Since the branded set is sold out, you don't even notice because you don't get to choose.

    almost bought this when i saw this deal but i need a bigger set like around 100 pc one

        Hardly a knockoff if it has a completely different set of speciality heads.

        I also wouldn't be the first to claim a product is a knockoff of one from a budget Chinese brand.

        just letting you know i picked up my jaycar one this afternoon and its fantastic, i like the magnet for the holders, i used to have the plastic type with the clear window doors but everything it flipped over all the bits came out and it was a pain to put them all back in order

        these metal click in and click out type ones are fantastic

    Although it's a great price for the set and it has good looks and feel, I still think it's a bit over-hyped here on OzB. I personally find that the handle doesn't have enough grip when it comes to removing a stuck screw.

    i bought a set early last year. the push to open mechanism became faulty and it wouldn't slide open. So basically, i now have a anodized hunk of metal that looks a lot like a powerbank I use as a paperweight (My gf actually tried to find a usb port on it once so she could charge her phone. Cute.)

    When I could use it, however, the quality of the tools were decent and sleek, but due to the relative small girth of the handle, ergonomics aren’t the best for torque application.

    Several of the bits on my two year old set are significantly corroded despite only very light use and never having used them in a wet or damp environment. I'm a fan of Xiaomi but I can't recommend these.

      one of my other sets has the same issue, all the chrome plating has come off and its rusty metal despite no water use

      Depends on your needs I think. The Jakemy come with a wider range of Torx, but the Wihas have 00 and 000 Phillips heads, a couple of larger flatheads, and security Torx heads. For my uses a 00 Phillips is my go-to, so the Jakemy set doesn't really do much for me.
