      I've had several of their TVs and they've been fine for me. Also bought a small wardrobe thingo and when it had a missing part they replaced the entire unit with express shipping too. Wanna expand on your points?

      Their customer service is great, I got my Nexus 6P fully refunded after 11months of usage because the battery shit itself no questions asked. Much better than the experiences I've had with actual retail stores.

    I don't get anywhere to enter the PARTY code on checkout- there is no box to enter it. I have registered and signed in, not checking out as guest. Anyone having a similar issue?

      Sometimes if the product isn’t eligible for a promotion no box will appear, so that’s why you can’t see a box to put the free shipping.

      If you are unsure, you can try adding the famous mechanical keyboard that’s posted which takes the code, to see where the code box is, and now look for it on your product. If you don’t see it, then as I said, it’s not eligible.
