This is a high quality foam roller that has been popular in the past !
If you are forever alone you can't beat this for working out tightness in your muscles. Higher quality means it will last longer than a $15 Kmart cheapie as I have learned the hard way.

    I have one of these from Kmart and it's great. No issues with it at all and I weigh 92kg. Looks very similar in construction to me and the Kmart one comes in two separable sections, so twice the product of this one at half the price.

        You don't, Kmart has the same thing for much less. They had about 4 different types of foam rollers last time I looked.

    I'm a physio and I always recommend the $10-15 dollar ones from target/kmart. if you seriously think buying something 4x as expensive is gonna be better then you've definitely fallen for their marketing schemes

    Nah it's terrible for painting, have to go over the same spots many times.

      Phew, thanks for the info….I nearly pulled the Trigger.

      They should call them Fo-Ro's © to prevent any confusion (well it sure confused me for about 5 seconds, thought it was some new type of paint roller by the description and a quick glance at the pic 😉).

  I bought the orange one last time and am super happy.

  I wish I got black because I worry about getting it dirty but it hasn't been a problem because I only use it as home right now.

  But I would take it to the gym with me if it was black.
