  • Do you have pet psychologists? Our dog is watching us when we do the dirty deed and we want to know if this is causing any psychological damage to our fur baby.

probably cause you’re doing it doggy style?

    • Fur? Or future? I'm confoosed…

    • What is your dog's reaction?

    • +2

Hi Tomsco, we do have a dog behaviourist that can help. However, it is not part of the current free consult promotion. You can head over to our website to get further details.
      Thanks, nuzzl

    • Maybe it's you and your partner who need to talk to a psychologist, why are you letting Tom the dog watch you?

      • How did you know my dog is names after me? Is that you, Tom?

  • What is the price normally?

    • +1

Hi Berek, no problem. Prices are on our website if you want a reference in the future. Here's a breakdown: $49.95 for a longer veterinary consult, $29.95 for a quick vet consult and $14.95 for a quick vet nurse consult.
Let us know if you have any further questions.
      Thanks, nuzzl

Are you in Australia and/or qualified in Australia ?

    • There seems to be a mix of Aussies and Poms, going by their education.

    • Hi Fysh, yes nuzzl is an Australian business. The veterinarians and veterinary nurses on our platform are all registered in Australia too.
Let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks so much.

What do you do about any medications that may be required as a result of the consultation?

    • Looks like from their terms and conditions they are only giving general advice, and accept no responsibility for that advice. They would not be allowed to prescribe medications, so you would need to go to a regular vet for an examination (effectively meaning you've wasted $50). If you build a relationship with your local vet, much of this general advice will be available for free.

    • Hi daybo, thanks for the question. At this stage the veterinarians on the nuzzl platform are unable to prescribe medications. They will be directed to their regular vet for prescriptions and medication. The vets with nuzzl are not replacing existing vet-client relationships. Rather nuzzl acts as an additional layer for peace of mind, trusted advice and help when deciding whether it is necessary to visit a vet in person, especially after hours.

      Thanks, nuzzl

Just had my first consultation and it was a very positive experience! I felt I received quality advice and the vet was very nice.
Obviously it won't be suitable for all types of conditions, but if you just have a few quick questions, it's definitely a quicker, cheaper and much less stressful option!
