  Anyone installing the software be aware that you will be presented with at least 2 more pop ups even after entering the reg key in successfully.. and each time you check out the hardware acceleration options it opens up the web page again….

  I got ver 3.2 on a previous deal. It works as described, but every time you launch it, you get a nag screen to purchase an upgrade.

  I have been using the last couple of versions of VideoProc. It has excellent GPU accelerated video conversion, with mid-range editing features (like video effects, audio sync correction) and a range of customisable compression options. Can also copy video/audio streams without recompression when cutting footage. Easy to use interface, that in my opinion is more user-friendly and featured than Handbrake. Video downloading and screen recording functions round out a good product. I don't mind the occasional pop up promo window for what is a latest version full featured giveaway. Thanks OP.
