Lotus Biscoff Caramelised Biscuit 8 Pack for $1 (Save 44%) @ Coles

140

Given the popularity of the Speculoos spread (aka Lotus Biscoff) which was recently half price at Woolies, I wanted to share that I saw this at my local Coles in Broadway NSW where the individually wrapped biscuit packs (8 packs of 2 biscuits) were discounted from $1.79 down to $1 (save 44% from usual price of $1.79). This deal appears to be nationwide given it's also on the Coles website linked above. Note that Woolies sells it for $1.80 currently.

Whilst not as good a deal as the spread was, these "portion controlled" biscuits make for a great alternative for something to serve with tea and coffee for visitors, or just to snack on yourself.

I share this deal whilst eating a teaspoon of the Lotus Biscoff Crunchy spread from the recent Woolies deal > https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/489933

  • Speculoos? Are the bikkies any good? Are they dry type?

Belgian snack. I enjoy the biscuits after having been served them at an office meeting room once and being amazed to taste speculoos in biscuit form… in Australia. And yes they’re dry but they’re melt in your mouth kind of moist.

They're only portion controlled if the rest of the pack isn't in the same house. Otherwise…

Probably should be included on a pharmacy schedule. Dangerous product. Nom, nom, nom?
