For a refurbished Xbox, $200 ain't bad! I haven't actually bought any refurbished products of EB Games so I'm not sure about the condition these are in. Probs depends though.

OG Xbox One with external power brick and large footprint, no UHD BD playback, refurbished for $199? That's a bad deal.

Not a great deal tbh. You can often get a brand new Xbox One S for not much more than $200.
You could get a second hand Xbox one s on fb marketplace for about $150-$200 with a couple controllers and some games. But you might as well wait for a deal on a new one for a bit over $200
I bought a secondhand 1tb Xbox one S this week for $170, and registered it to my account it's still in warranty for another 8 months or so which means free repairs.
Controller d-pad is sticky and as it's in warranty Microsoft is replacing it for free.
Much better deals to be had if you shop around.

Eh. For that much I'd want a preowned Xbox One S at least so it could play UHD BD. Even new, the Xbox One 500GB with games have had better deals.
