    My 95% cashback for last chemistwarehouse promo was not credited. I had to lodge enquiry, it started appearing as pending. I was promised it will be confirmed within 1 hour but still pending for last 2 days.

    It's been nightmare dealing with them. Sorry I would have to neg.

      I had very bad experience where they didn't even keep their promise so my negative vote is valid….

      Pending until it becomes available to withdraw 16 November. Mine became pending 1 November the rest of 95% cashback (1 day post 31 October date advertised).

      I didn't neg.

        Firstly if it was successfully tracked on 16 Oct, why 95% was not added automatically. My order was before 7am so well before they decided to pull the offer. Afterwards they added the amount manually when enquiry was lodged but it's still pending though promised to be available within next 1 hour.

          They will add remaining cashback by 31 October as pending. Then remains pending until CW verified purchase with them.

          I joined Shopback the day of that CW deal. Since then I have over 50 pending transactions that are not available until the retailer verifies purchase wasn't cancelled. I think this is normal.

          Does yours day Available 16 November under cashback activity? Go by that date.

            @cute as duck: See below this is my partner account and their bonus cash back started tracking on date of purchase and confirmed on 31 Oct. Not sure where you are getting the information that it will be added as pending on 31 Oct.

                My concern: it was supposed to be confirmed by 31 Oct as per their listing so why going pending for another 16 days

                  Says it will be only tracked by 31 October. My understanding not available to withdraw - just tracked. Either way 16 Nov is around the corner so I would just wait up. I am new to Shopback so it all can be a bit confusing, at least to me

      Did you claim missing cashback? They did for me within the same day as me querying it on 31 October and the remainder 95% came up as pending

        I can't speak for profar, but I had to claim a missing cashback just to get the 5% or whatever the base rate was. I still didn't get the other $9.50 because my order was made after the cut-off time when they ended the deal early (and then didn't bother to tell most of their customers that they'd done so).

        If I didn't read about it here on ozbargain I still wouldn't know that the deal was ended early.

        Nah don't wanna jeopardize $170 pending earnings on existing account signing up for a new account for $10 cashback. Pretty sure it counts as fraud and goes against their T&Cs. Great for peeps who haven't used Shopback before though!

    Anyone know what this means exactly?

    I signed my mother up for an account using a referral code when the previous Chemist Warehouse deal was on, only to learn that it had ended early. Can she take advantage of this offer? Or does the fact that she signed up with a referral code invalidate this current offer? (If so, what a bloody joke!)

    They didn't track Chemist Warehouse usual rate cashback, let alone receive 100% bonus from last time.

    When I queried (via click history so it shows 16th October as puchase), AND mentioned 100% cashback in Comments, AND copied the Ozbargain link to promo, they STILL gave me $.37 and actually put 15th October as date of purchase!

    Typical regular occurrence.Typical Woolworths underpaid wages "accident" in the making.

    Never fell for it. I've never received any cashback more than $11 in a single transaction, even though I spend $200+, $300 with their "10%-20%" ads. rate. All my bigger amount of transactions either being ignored or rejected by this company, I just realized recently through the last Black Friday sales. They only tracked some books orders, any single item more than $50 was missed out. And when I chase them back, they got rejected. Looking into my rewarding history, that's the trick they play.

      Purchase from Chemist Warehouse with 27c cashback confirmed on 24th of December. As of the time of posting this comment there is no sign of the $10 cashback. I'll be sure to contact them and ask soon

    Ok so I misunderstood the bold text in the deal but it makes sense looking back at it now.

    Here is the response I received from Shopback support;

    Thanks for reaching out to ShopBack and apologies for the delayed response due to overwhelming responses during this busy period.

    Upon checking, this $10 bonus is only applicable for a new ShopBack customer who made the minimum purchase of $10 from Chemist Warehouse via ShopBack, however, this bonus cannot be stacked with other offers like referral bonuses and sign up bonuses. In other words, if you have earned a friend bonus or any Sign Up Bonuses, unfortunately, you won't be qualified for this $10 bonus.
