Got Involved in an Accident. Needs CCTV Footage around Waverley Garden Shopping Centre Victoria

Hi guys,
Thank you in advance. My car was involved in an accident at traffic light( Police road and Browns road) near Waverly Garden shopping centre. I was turning right from police road to Browns road. My car got hit by a car that is coming straight on police road. I am 100% sure it was not my fault. I got an green arrow and she crossed the red light I could say because I had at least 3 cars following me. That would be very helpful if someone got that on dash camera.

    if you have a police report file number you should be able to go around and ask businesses nearby who have cctv footage for a copy of it

      Yeh I hope so. It was pretty busy. I am hoping someone from ozbargain with a dash cam was there.finger crossed

    contact them, giving all details of date/time and place of accident etc ask can they post a request for anyone with footage on that day etc etc upload for you

    Not sure why you're asking us, you need to be asking Waverley Garden Shopping Centre. Go in and talk to the management staff and see what they can do.

    They might not even have a camera pointing that direction as it sounds like its out of the center grounds anyhow.

      I wonder how times a day the public ask shopping centres for access to the security camera footage to help resolve parking lot incidents?

        Lots I would guess, as everyone thinks they're in the 'right' just like the OP, but doesn't change the fact that Waverley Garden Shopping Centre management alone control access to the footage, not the peeps of ozbargain.
