What's the smooth motion (whatever it's called) like on this.
I've got the 65P7, last year's model, bought it for about $1394 and absolutely love it and my fellow IT friends too. At the time I bought the tv it was about the cheapest it had been, and I'd been watching it for several months.
I've got TCL 65p5us (last year's model) and it's the worst TV I've ever had. No motion smoothing, 1min to turn on, turns off randomly, etc. I'm currently in the warranty claim process (just over 20 dead pixels) so I should get a new one (prefer refund) that I'm going to sell. I'll be using the r7 as a htpc monitor so I don't need android or use it as a TV. I think I'm pretty much sold on the r7.

Local dimming and a 10 bit panel I find hard to believe at this price.
