• Promotion period: 16 Sep 2019-20 Jan 2020, both dates inclusive
• Validity: The ticket must be redeemed and used within 89 days, starting from the day after payment date.
• Each registered user of Klook's booking platform is entitled to purchase 2 units of Regular Adult Tickets per transaction. The offer can be redeemed once per eligible passport holder.
• The offer is limited. All products and services are subject to availability while stocks last.
• The offer is valid for a one-way ticket to selected destinations only. The selected destinations are Taichung, Changhua, Yunlin, Chiayi, Tainan, and Zuoying (Kaohsung).
• The passenger must possess a redemption code, passport, and a recent valid entry document to Taiwan (i.e. visa, visa exemption stamp, Exit & Entry Permit for Taiwan, etc.) and proceed to the ticketing counter in any THSR station to redeem the one-way tickets. For more information on one-way tickets, please refer to the high-speed rail product pages
• This promotion is limited to foreign visitors entering Taiwan for a "short-term stay" (less than 180 days) or with visa-exempt entry. This promotion is not available for foreigners holding residencies in Taiwan for education or employment purposes. Klook and THSR reserve the right to cancel the discount or refuse to redeem tickets if criteria is not met
• This offer is valid for regular ticket and adult ticket fares only. Other fare types (including but not limited to, concession, non-reserved seating, group tickets, etc.) are not applicable.
• The offer is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts, coupons or memberships offers. The offer cannot be transferred and exchanged for cash, credit limit or other discounts/ products/ services.
• Each registered user of Klook's booking platform must input the relevant promotional code before payment during the booking process in order to be entitled to the offer.
• The prices of all listed products and services for this special offer are designated by Klook and Taiwan High Speed Rail Corporation (THSRC) and are subject to change or terminate without prior notice.
• Klook supports payments in different currencies. For your convenience, rates can be converted to your preferred currency. Activity rates for a certain currency are determined and estimated by Klook using market spot rates. Payment currency will be clearly indicated at checkout. Please take note that some credit or debit cards may charge additional fees when handling certain currencies. Kindly consult with your credit or debit card issuer if additional charges will apply to your transaction.
