    I’ve lodged a report for missing cashback. Not tracked till today even though I bought it early morning of 13th Nov and did everything correctly…anyone having same issue?

      The $5 bonus wont show up in account until 31/12 and you dont get a tracking email for the bonus $5. At least I never did for previous bonuses.

      You just have to set a reminder to check back then.

      If you mean tracking for the purchase you made from Amazon to get this bonus, likely hasnt been tracked properly. Mine came through the day after.

      Did you have your items in the cart before you clicked through from shopback? A lot of people get caught out by that.

        I am talking about the tracking of my amazon purchase. I didn’t add it in cart before and made sure my cart was empty. Anyway I have lodged a report so will wait for their reply.

    I emailed ShopBack regarding this.

    1. I've activated the $2 bonus cashback with any purchase (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/495600)
    2. Purchased an item worth $24.99 using the ShopBack App and is now showing as TRACKED.
    3. E-mailed ShopBack about the status of $2 cash back and $5 for min $20 spend.
    4. ShopBack said it was rejected because my order was not attributed to ShopBack?

      I'm in almost the exact same situation. Amazon purchase is tracked, $5 cash back is still pending under click activity, emailed about $2 missing cash back which was rejected for the same reason as you.

          Does the $2 show up as its own entry in your cashback overview though? It'd be kind of odd to have to wait until the end of the year to even know if the thing tracked at all.

      I've got the same response. I did exactly as the the instruction and still doesn't work. Very fishy. Might just use cash rewards as they tracked more accurately.

    omg why did shopback pick up the wrong order id and instead pick up one that was cashreward's and that one was the one cancelled so I could order via shopback for the bigger bonuses

    I'm a bit confused about all of this
    my purchase was tracked and is pending underneath it I see something called OzBargain Exclusives and that says clicked.

    I guess I'll just wait for the dates that these are supposed to be credited into accounts to roll over and then contact support if they don't.

      Same, I put in a enquiry and was given a generic response as to why my purchase wasnt tracked even though the amazon purchased tracked fine. I've pm the rep on here to get a response. Will wait for their response.
