      I've tried to buy from Amazon AU many many times, but obviously must pick the wrong items as I still leave in disgust at the ridiculous prices there.

      The latest a few days ago: USD14 waffle maker, AUD87-120 on Amazon AU (not inc. delivery), AUD28 delivered on ebay (local item, arrived in 3 days).

      So it seems like it's more a place to get certain items at good prices, but a waste of time even looking for other products.

        Couldn't agree more with your statement. A lot of the time common thing like a jug will be lot more expensive on Amazon compared to ebay when you get from international sellers. Their listings just little messy too. Probably Amazon choice stuffs are the only ones worth buying. Nonetheless, I do like their no frill return policy and fast delivery.

    I’m trying to purchase now but when I click “get deal” (iOS app) it’s opening up an Amazon AU web page within the ShopBack app. I thought I needed to purchase through the Amazon AU app??
    I’ve tried clicking “continue to app” but it just opens the web page within ShopBack still.

      I'd think if you have both apps on your device and you follow OP instructions starting with SB app you should be ok .
      Same process for me I just continued with the purchase .

            @gotyourback: I purchased 2 books in a single order to the total of $23.13 via the Shopback built-in browser. Only the $2 (Extension Bonus) and the cashback for the individual item is showing in my account.

      I'm getting same behaviour too on Android device.

      EDIT: I fixed my problem. I searched Amazon app in Google Play and I had the option to install it - suggesting the version already installed on my device was not one that had registered itself as a default app for amazon.com.au URL (which I confirmed under the app settings). Installed/reinstalled and all works as expected now.

    Clicking on Amazon AU on SB app doesnt redirect me to Amazon app(although both installed). Instead it opens up the website inside SB app. Will the cashback be valid in this case?

    QUESTION
    Recently I found the Shopback App will Not open the Amazon App on my iPhone.

    After I clicked on "Continue to App" at the bottom right of my screen
    Or after I clicked on "Get Deal"

    The Shopback App will just load the Amazon website instead (within the Shopback app screen), then I have to login Amazon site again (so it is Not loading the actual Amazon App on my iPhone like before and I checked both my Apps are the latest available version)

    It is normal?
    If I make a purchase like this will I still be able to get the cashback?

        I made 2 orders of US cereals (honey nut cheerios!) yesterday from amazon US items through amazon AU - one through the shopback browser and the other amazon app (just in case)

        Neither tracked so far even though they usually get tracked within a couple of hours. Will wait for the 48 hours is over

        Wanted to cancel one of the orders (the one that didn't get the bonus) but I guess I will have to keep both :)
