  • anyone purchased from this seller?

    • Yeah, bought a 5700XT from them a few weeks back. No problems.

    • Yes , I got the GB 2070 Super from them. A few communication issues but got what I paid for.

      • What is the 2070 super like ? This seems like a good price for a card of this caliber ?

      • Is it au stock? I get the feeling warranty claims will be through the manufacturer with this seller.

    • Yeah bought a x570 taichi. It looks like they're sydney based.

They used Toll as a courier when they dropped mine off. Only complaint is they took about 3 days to post mine.

  • It appears Inno3d had left Australian market.

    As per Rob's experience: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wxBsqN4Si3k

Synnex Australia Pty Ltd is the only authorised reseller listed on Inno3d website.

    http://www.inno3d.com/wheretobuy.php?region=AU&type=VGA

This is a new card without warranty.

    • +1

Synnex is a distributor and they hire people specifically to do warranty returns
      https://www.synnex.com.au/en/Public/Menu/Join-The-Team/warra…

You should be covered by Statutory warranty also, so it's not as if you are buying something from China and getting absolutely no warranty coverage whatsoever.

    • This is a new card without warranty.

That's not how australian consumer law works…

    • There's definitely warranty with the card.

    • Both "lesser" know card variants I guess so I mean it would be up to your preference I guess. Inno3d have been around for many years they sell mainly in Asia regions.
