    The checkout system quietly removes the discount before the final payment is made. I almost put payment through before I noticed. And after a few more attempts, I was told that the code was not valid. Logging out and back in again fixed that, but what on Earth is going on?

      OK, after trying on another browser, then another computer using another ISP, and even on my mobile phone, I get the same results every time. Even when I change my shipping method, payment method, or the items in my shopping cart, it's the same: I enter the code, hit the "Apply code" button, and it appears to work. Then I go through the rest of the ordering process without a hitch, but the final "Review your purchase" screen shows no discount applied. I even tried going through to the next step a couple of times, to see if it was just an error on that page, but the price on the PayPal page was also sans discount.

      As ridiculous as it sounds, since no-one else seems to be having this trouble, I must conclude that the MobileCiti site is denying the discount to me, personally…

      Got a hold of a rep on the site's online chat, who offered an instant refund of the difference, as others suggested they would. All good now.

    $688.00 for an Aussie Stock SGS2 with Manufacturers Warranty is an awesome price.

    I cut and pasted the discount code straight into the cart and had no problems with the purchase…. If it helps, I used Internet Explorer.

        Chrome does not support every thing eg, using Roboform on IE is much easier than on Chrome.

        Some things do not work period.

        That said, I use Chrome 95% of the time.

    If it doesn't work I'm pretty sure you can get the Mciti rep to refund you the difference, just let him know your order no.

    Don't take my word for it, but i'm 90% sure that's what would happen.

    AND IMO, 10% off is a good discount considering lots of their prices are pretty low, it's not like it's JB HiFi or something.

          The ETA is provide by Samsung Australia distributor, We can not guaranteed the delivery date, but we happy provide 100% money back if delivery has changed. At moment only 32GB version confirmed, we don't know about the 16gb version yet.

    I find this sites product specifications very ordinary
    i.e. Features: Email, FM Radio, GPRS, GPS, Java, MMS, MP3 Player, Speakerphone, USB, Video Camera, WiFi
    How about specifics like camera resolution, WiFi version/speed, etc

    The fact that I have to go to another site to find this (and the prices are the same or similar) I would tend to give my business to the site that provided me the better information, 10% discount or not!

    Woo hoo have been eyeing off the Samsung Wave 8500 and snagged a great bargain with this sale. The phone + 8GB SD card for just under $265 delivered :) Couldn't be happier, great reviews on the phone too. I'm interested in their unique operating system too not big on games and apps so don't care much aabout android marketplace itunes etc. Just a GPS app and a Facebook app along with photos, movies and music playback is all I want. Can't wait to get rid of this crappy iphone and all the i stuff that goes with it.
