100 x £179 return fares to Los Angeles from London Heathrow
For the last time ever, Air New Zealand will be offering one hundred £1+Taxes return fares to LA from London Heathrow this Black Friday.

This is a route that Air NZ is closing, so selling off cheap.

This may not affect all Aussie travellers, but if you're looking for a cheap way to visit the US and/or UK, or have friends there, this may save you a ton of money, and was too good not to post.

Outbound: 3-7 Feb 2020 & 13 Feb 2020 & 22-24 Feb 2020 & 26-27 Feb 2020
Inbound: 11-13 Feb 2020 & 17-18 Feb 2020 & 3-5 Mar 2020 & 10-11 Mar 2020

  • I really really really doubt you'll be able to get your hands on a ticket. As soon as the 100 is live they will be gone instantly

      someone has to :/

      • Yes you are right, but I think alot of people will be disappointed. Similar to the ebay deals in the past with a limited quantity available that starts at a set time.

  • But this is from London to LA.. Why is it on OzBargains? On a side note, where is the best place to check Black Friday deals? On here?

    It's not £1 flights, then 100 x £179 flights. The £1 flights are £179 / AU$340 once the taxes are factored in.

Your title should really say LHR - LAX from $340 Return (Feb-Mar) on Air New Zealand.

I mean it's a good deal, if you can get one of the 100 tickets, but looking at random dates in Feb/Mar next year there's plenty of availability on this route with other carriers at ~ AU$580, so it's really only a saving of ~ AU$250.

    • Apologies, literally every news site I found it on was talking about the 1 quid fares, and even had it mentioned on the NZ website. It's been fixed.

  • My advice for being 1 of the first 100 is to go for the fare hold, then pay later.

  • Boeing?
